WHAT WE DID IN CLASS TODAY: I gave a reading quiz on last night's reading of Great Expectations. We also wrote about our most embarrassing moments and talked about the "exploding the moment" writing technique.
HOMEWORK: Write a typed two-page personal narrative where you slow down the plot with an exploded moment. Use specific verbs and sensory detail to fill out story at that moment. Using present tense is best for this assignment.
